Official Rules for "Win a Trip to Anywhere in the World!":
1. Anyone 18 years old or older can enter.  Winner must show proof of age.
2. Enter as many times as you wish.  Each entry is $25, and must include
the person's name, address and phone number.
3. Raffle drawing will be held May 2, 2010.
4. Entering may be done by calling the office and purchasing over the phone or by physically purchasing a ticket from any Gesher L'Torah congregant.
All entries have an equal chance of winning.  See a member of
Congregation Gesher L'Torah or call 770-777-4009 to purchase a ticket.
5. Ticket purchase deadline is May 1, 2010.
6. Winner shall be contacted by email or phone no later than May 18. 2010.
7. Raffle is being held by Congregation Gesher L'Torah, a tax-exempt,
non-profit, located at 4320 Kimball Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA, 30022.

8. Void where prohibited.
9. See your tax consultant on issues of tax deductibility.
10. Taxes and fees, including those for travel, are the responsibility
of the winner.  The winner will receive a U.S. IRS Form 1099 for the
amount of the winnings.
11. Congregation Gesher L'Torah shall have the publicity rights
regarding the use of the winner's name and location.  Congregation
Gesher L'Torah shall not rent, sell, or exchange entrants to marketing
lists.
12. All entrants agree that Congregation Gesher L'Torah is the final
determinant of any complaints, questions, or ambiguities in the
contest rules.
13. Winner is guaranteed $10,000 vacation of his choice, including a
value of up to $8,000 in retail travel/lodging costs and $2,000 in cash
spending money.  Alternatively, the winner can choose $7,500 in cash.

15. Should Congregation Gesher L'Torah not raise sufficient funds to pay
for the prize, it shall return the full amount of funds to each entrant by no
later than July 2, 2010.
16. If the winner chooses the vacation option over the cash option, he
or she must redeem the prize for a vacation that begins no later than
December 31, 2012.
